Sucrose (Cane Sugar), Butyrospermum parkii ( shea butter), Cocos Nucifera (organic coconut oil), Helianthus annuus ( sunflower oil), Persea americana (Avocado oil), Vitis vinifera (Grapeseed oil), Ricinus communis (Castor oil), Prunus amygdalus (sweet almond oil), Tocopherol (vitamin E), phenoxyethanol and caprylyl glycol and sorbic acid.

Begin by wetting your skin in the shower or bath, allowing it to soften and prepare for exfoliation.

Scoop a generous amount of the body scrub into your hands or a shower spatula. Apply it to your damp skin.

Gently massage the scrub into your skin using circular motions. Focus on rough areas like elbows, knees, and feet for extra attention.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Gently pat your skin dry with a towel to lock in moisture.

After exfoliating, apply your favorite moisturizer or body oil (such as our Apple of My Eye Apple Pie Body Oil) to lock in hydration and keep your skin feeling soft, smooth, and nourished.

Use the body scrub 1-2 times a week for a radiant, smooth complexion.
